We just crossed into Kentucky!!! YEE HAW!!! So far this trip home has been very smooth. We it is hard to believe that we are bout half way home already! This trip has been phenomenal! This stretch of drive tends to be the longest but the energy is high and attitudes are well.

Nearing an end

It has been an amazing week so far, but it is all coming to an end.  God is so good, and has been so good to us.  As we have worked through Mark together, the students have been challenged to live "Authentic" lives.  It has been a challenge for us as well.  Continue to pray for us and that God will make this trip the best ever!

Different Time!!!

Hey everyone! We have a neat opportunity tonight at a park called Valor Park in Market Commons, Myrtle Beach. This means we will have a livestream at 5PM or so Central, 6PM Eastern! See ya there!

MB10 Update!

2We are enjoying this trip! We have had a ver warm day, but we have been told there is hope! We will be looking at 88 degrees, talk about a cold front! The last few nights, the Spirit seems to be doing some amazing things. We are seeing students make commitments to follow Jesus. We are seeing students begin to see the bigger picture and begin to be AUTHENTIC with Him.

Things to pray for:

-a few stubborn kids who are resisting God

-We are having an outreach tonight at a local park

-9 churches coming together to worship, fellowship, and tonight, preach the Gospel

-Some students are starting to make serious commitments to God, we are hoping to disciple as much as we can here, but pray that they stay plugged in when we return home

-That attitudes stay focused

We have been blessed by your students this week. Most everyone is pitching in to help with things around camp, everyone is accepting of each other and relationships are being built. There is something amazing happening here. Be encouraged, your son or daughter is seeking Him this week and MB10 will be remembered for many years to come.

WE MADE IT!!!

As of 30 seconds ago, we pulled int Lakewood safe and sound! It is an amazing 98 degrees right now and we are about to begin setting up camp! Pizas are on their was to meet us at 6:30pm and by then, I m sure we will need it! Tonight we will be setting up cam, letting kids see the Ocean for the first time, having an acoustic worship set with the band Reilly, and Pastor Chris is giving a message! We are pumped for this week and are going to be streaming live tonight!

Thanks for the prayers for safety and patience, we have officially began Myrtle Beach 2010!!!!

We're making some progress

God is so good!  Nothing major has happened yet (nor do we plan on it) and everyone got some sleep last night.  The drivers are well rested and we are really loving the trip so far!  We are gonna be starting our devotions in a bit, and you can find them on www.redeemerefc.com and under the menu called "Children and Students" you will find "Parents - Downloads."  The Myrtle Beach devotional is there for your viewing and for you to join as you read your Bible with us!  See ya there!

Hello Kentucky!

Good riddance, Indiana and your horrible Interstate roads.  We have made two quick stops and are moving along quite nicely.  Pray for the students as they learn more about one another and are confronted with many different people and personalities than usual.  We are excited to be moving this well!  We are thinking of ways to campaign to fix the roads in Indiana, though - they really were bad!

First hitch in our giddy up, our I-PASSes are working on only a few of the tolls.. it must be those WI plates!

We are having a blast thus far! People are in high spirits and the students are buzzing!
